Clients retain full responsibility for:

• Final submission decisions
• Compliance with institutional regulations
• How delivered work is used

Affability Konsult does not control institutional policies.

3. Our Services

4. Refund Policy

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Refunds are only considered if work has not started.
• Delays caused by incomplete client information void refund eligibility.

5. Revision Policy

• Revisions are free within the original brief.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (or agreed timeframe).
• New instructions or scope changes attract additional charges.

6. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. All client information, including personal details, assignment briefs, and completed work, is treated as strictly confidential.

We do not share client information with third parties except where required by law or with explicit client consent.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for delivered work are transferred to the client. Clients may use the work as they see fit, subject to their own institutional policies.

We retain the right to use anonymized excerpts for training and quality assurance purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Affability Konsult shall not be liable for academic penalties resulting from misuse of delivered materials.

9. Payment Terms

Payment is required as agreed upon order confirmation. We accept payment via bank transfer and other methods as communicated during the ordering process.

Work will commence upon receipt of payment or as otherwise agreed.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
